Metlakatla Seaplane Base
Metlakatla Seaplane Base (IATA: MTM, ICAO: PAMM, FAA LID: MTM) is a state-owned public-use seaplane base located in Metlakatla[1] on Annette Island in the Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area of the U.S. state of Alaska.
Facilities and aircraft
Metlakatla Seaplane Base has two landing areas (E/W and N/S) measuring 5,000 by 5,000 feet (1,524 x 1,524 m). For the 12-month period ending December 31, 2006, the airport had 325 aircraft operations, an average of 27 per month: 77% air taxi and 23% general aviation.[1]
